AMC is pleased to announce a new speaker session in its lineup for INSPIRE: AMC's Expo 2023.

Diana Holec, Associate Partner, People Advisory - Aon, will present Key Strategies to Support the Attraction and Retention of Critical Talent in the Manufacturing Sector.

The current labour market is a complicated environment with many dynamics creating opposing forces on human resources – economic slowdowns, recession worries, rising inflation, supply chain challenges, skill shortages, increased retirement of employees, high global competition for talent, virtual workplaces, automation, digitization of work and vocal employees with diverse needs.

The impact of this environment is acutely felt in the Manufacturing sector – particularly with the challenges associated with attracting and retaining critical employees with technological skills as well as hourly workers where competition is fierce.

As your organizations consider how to attract and retain the key skills needed now and in the future, there is increasing need for a more holistic and strategic view. Potent workforce trends are shaping talent management. We will unravel these trends and share practical talent strategies as well as Aon’s latest data for companies responding to this disruption.

Diana has over 20 years of consulting and professional experience in mergers & acquisitions, human capital strategy development, total rewards design & delivery, project management, business development, client relationship management, research and change management.
