Sebastien Tremblay to present WALL-E vs The Terminator: The Battle for Robotic Welding at SHIFT: AMC’s 2024 Annual Convention and Trade Show
Tuesday, March 26, 2024
AMC is pleased to announce the next speaker session in its lineup for SHIFT: AMC’s 2024 Convention and Trade Show.
Sébastien Tremblay, Technical Sales Representative for The Lincoln Electric Company of Canada, will present WALL-E vs The Terminator: The Battle for Robotic Welding.
This presentation will outline the current challenges and opportunities in transitioning from manual to automated welding. It will highlight strategies that have been proven to work and describe what organizations require to be successful. The latest tool in the journey to automation, collaborative robots, will be reviewed.
These new “friendlier” robots are more intuitive to program, and implementation is usually easier. The conclusion will feature software tools that can help overcome challenges and highlight that it always comes down to the grit and determination of the team in charge of fixturing and programming.
Register for SHIFT: AMC’s 2024 Convention and Trade Show to join this thought-provoking presentation.
