AMC is pleased to announce the first speaker session of its lineup for SHIFT: AMC’s 2024 Convention and Trade Show.
Paul Buczkowski, President & CEO of Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute (PAMI), will present Repeat or Evolve – Importance of Culture, Employee Motivation and Strategic Direction.
Paul will speak about PAMI and its resurgence in the marketplace as the preferred partner for Engineering Solutions and Mechanical Testing in the Agriculture, Mining, and Transportation sectors. He will concentrate on PAMI's challenges and how a new business strategy, culture, and leadership organization have positive effects on the bottom line and employee morale.
His focus will show a correlation between engagement, motivation, and employee performance that has enabled PAMI to evolve in a challenging environment. His new innovative organizational ideas, derived from his background as a professional athlete, will ensure PAMI’s longevity for many more years to come.

Paul Buczkowski, CPA-CMA is a former professional hockey player who brings teamwork to the forefront of PAMI’s evolution in the engineering and mechanical testing industry. His main focus is to enable his team to assist in major decision-making and implementation of new strategies and ideas. His business acumen allows him to motivate his team towards a common goal and make his team accountable for their actions through goal setting and performance support evaluations. His belief in a positive workplace culture and leadership abilities brought over from the sporting world have a direct correlation to business success. With previous experience in mining and retail sectors, Paul has been able to implement a new organizational structure which has a significant positive impact on retaining and attracting new staff but also to ensure the long-term success of PAMI as an industry leader. Paul will share some insights on PAMI 2.0 and its resurgence as a trusted resource in the Agriculture, Mining and Transportation Industries.
