Trust is a characteristic that can have significant impact on team and business results- positively or negatively. In this interactive workshop we’ll explore different ways to gauge and manage trust with your team and stakeholders, as well as a hands-on exercise you can use in your own businesses.

James Blase is a performance driven leader with over 25 years of management experience in Canada and in Europe. He works with clients to scale their businesses for growth and adapt their systems as they evolve.

He has consulted with dozens of SMEs and high-growth businesses with experience ranging from taking companies into international markets to restructuring companies’ operations to improve efficiency.

James is also active in the business community, acting as a judge for several business awards and being an active member in several industry associations.
