Danielle leads the MLT Aikins LLP technology, intellectual property and privacy practice. She regularly provides advice in connection with transactions involving technology, including licensing and technology transfers, outsourcing arrangements and related procurement projects as well as joint ventures, collaborative arrangements and mergers and acquisition deals.

Samer advises clients in Saskatchewan, Alberta and abroad on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, commercial lending, governance and other corporate and commercial matters. He also co-leads the firm’s Agribusiness and Food group.
