Combine Factory Rostselmash Ltd. announced it has purchased additional common shares of Buhler Industries Inc. from Highland Park Financial Inc., a company controlled by John Buhler, past Chairman and CEO of Buhler Industries.

Rostselmash, located in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, acquired 4,083,886 Buhler Industries shares at a price of $3.00 per share totaling approximately $12.25 million, boosting its ownership stake in Buhler Industries from 80.4% to 96.7%.
