The Russian Federation has invaded Ukraine. Buhler Industries Inc. (TSX: BUI) is strongly opposed to this action and does not condone this attack. The Executive team of Buhler Industries is united in the condemnation of the actions taken by the Russian Federation. Buhler Industries is a Canadian business and operation that is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The majority ownership is held by Combine Factory Rostselmash Ltd, an agriculture company based in Russia but Buhler Industries is not a Russian company. Our values are rooted in North America where the company has been in operation since 1932. The company has manufacturing facilities in Manitoba and employees in Canada and the United States. Buhler Industries operates with autonomy; our staff is Canadian and American, the head office is in Winnipeg, Manitoba and company direction and decisions are made in Canada.

Continuing Operations

The company will continue operations as usual, maintain production targets and continue to build tractors and implements to support farmers in North America. We appreciate the longstanding relationships we have with our dealer network, suppliers and partners and look for grace during this disturbing time.
