Jayson Myers - Next Generation Manufacturing Canada
Jayson Myers is the Chief Executive Officer of Next Generation Manufacturing Canada, the not-for-profit corporation leading Canada’s Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster, an initiative that will invest more than $500 million over the next four years in collaborative, industry-led projects aimed at building world-leading advanced manufacturing capabilities in Canada.
Myers is an award-winning business economist who specializes in industrial and technological change. Between 2007 and 2016, he served as President & CEO of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, Canada’s largest industry and trade association. He was also the founding Chair of the Canadian Manufacturing Coalition, Vice Chair of Canada’s National Roundtable on Skills, and Vice Chair of the Ontario and Great Lakes Manufacturing Councils.
He has been widely recognized as one of the most influential policy advocates in Canada. He is an advisor to both private and public sector leaders, and has counselled Canadian prime ministers and premiers, as well as senior corporate executives and policymakers around the world. As Principal of Jayson Myers Public Affairs, he helps organizations identify and manage opportunities arising from the changes that are reshaping industry and international business.

Greg Yuel - CEO of PIC Investment Group Inc.
Greg Yuel is the President and CEO of PIC Investment Group Inc. As President, Mr. Yuel is responsible for investment decisions, operational management, growth and profitability of PIC Investment Group, its Operating Companies : Round Table Management, KREOS Aviation, Adventure Destinations, Panther Industries, ClearTech Industries, Paceline Advisors, CanGas Propane Inc., Long Lake Insurance LP, and Caron Transportation Systems.
Mr. Yuel also serves on many not-for-profit and volunteer organizations dedicated to serving business, the community, and sport. Annual commitments include the Raj Manek Mentorship Foundation, Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan, Gordie Howe Sport Complex, Edward’s School of Business and the Rick Hansen Foundation.

Arthur Ward - President of Pattison Agriculture Limited
Arthur was raised on a small ranch in southern Saskatchewan. After attending university, he entered the ag industry in 1994, working for a small manufacturing company as a sales rep. He held several positions of increasing responsibility in the industry including branch manager and general sales manager until he joined JayDee Equipment as sales manager in 2006 and then regional sales manager in 2009 as part of a merger that formed JayDee AgTech. In 2014, JayDee AgTech was purchased by The Jim Pattison Group along with Maple Farm Equipment. In January 2017, the two companies formed Pattison Agriculture Limited. In March of 2017, Nykolaishen Farm Equipment was purchased making the store total 19. 17 in Saskatchewan and two in Manitoba. In April of 2017, Arthur became president of Pattison Agriculture Limited. He lives in Swift Current, Saskatchewan with his wife Kim. He has two adult sons, Riley 26, and Braden 22, that also live in Swift Current and who both work in the agriculture industry.

Kurt Buehler has a broad background in the aerospace, consulting, and manufacturing industries. Kurt matches technical and process knowledge with strong a strong cultural awareness to drive improvement and business excellence through strategic alignment.
Kurt Buehler’s first professional role was working as an engineer in the aerospace industry. Kurt transitioned to senior leadership positions in engineering, operations, and executive roles including international placements. Kurt joined the agricultural manufacturing industry in 2008, building a world-class manufacturing operation to produce industry leading agriculture equipment that helps feed the world’s growing population.
Kurt continues to progress his passion for building a better future through respect and teamwork, the belief in developing and pursuing long-term strategies through deliberate action, and reinforcing underlying systems and behaviors.

Yves St-Amant - Project Manager, Rousseau Metal
With a Bachelor in Automated Manufacturing Engineering from ÉTS (École de technologie supérieure) in Montreal and a degree in Industrial Maintenance, Yves St-Amant has been leading automation projects for the last 14 years. As a Maintenance Technician for a Wood Saw Mill, then as a Process Engineer for a Float Glass company, Yves acquired solid experience within two highly automated industries. As an Engineering Project Manager for Rousseau since 2007, Yves further specialized in finishing systems and custom-built automated equipment. He has successfully managed the implementation of two, state of the art, fully integrated custom-built powder coating systems for the St-Jean-Port-Joli based manufacturing company which is a leader in modular storage solutions.
