Michelle Devlin, Creating People Power Inc, will present The Power of DEI - Who have we forgotten and why does it matter?

Diversity is key to growth and strategic transformation. It’s true; leaders today know there is business potential in belonging. In this session, Michelle Devlin from Creating People Power Inc will explore how embracing diversity, inclusion and equity can foster a positive workplace as well as impact employee effectiveness, satisfaction and productivity.

Michelle is an accomplished speaker whose clients describe her as enthusiastic and energetic! Michelle specializes in helping her clients foster more respectful and psychologically safe workplaces. In her role at Creating People Power, she provides customized consulting and facilitated workshops related to corporate culture and leadership development. She has also recently completed her education with Erickson International and is working to become a credentialed executive coach.

Michelle loves sports, is an avid community supporter, and serves as a cabinet member with the United Way of the Alberta Capital Region and is the immediate past Chair of the Stollery Women’s Network.
