About the Speaker

Dean is currently the President & CEO of Saskatchewan-based Greenwave Innovations and has been in this role since founding the company in 2017. Dean is the visionary behind Greenwave’s data-driven energy management solutions and conservation consulting services. Dean’s perspective and dedication to the energy conservation sector has led to his participation at countless provincial, national and international energy conservation and climate change events. Prior to Greenwave and the success of another entrepreneurial venture, Dean held senior leadership positions in the telecom industry, completing assignments in China, Australia, Israel, Chile, Brazil, Mexico and throughout North America. Dean is very proud to call Saskatchewan and Canada home, where he raises his 3 boys alongside his wife, Terri.
