Lead a motivated sales team:
Put your coaching and leadership skills to work as you guide a team of high-performing lenders within a disciplined sales process. You’ll foster relationships with primary production operators, and use your in-depth understanding of agriculture financing to review business proposals and implement marketing strategies.

Territory Manager

Location: Remote / Work-From-Home, Prairies Canada

Honey Bee Manufacturing Ltd., a Canadian agriculture equipment manufacturer has an opening for a Territory Manager to cover eastern Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The Territory Manager will participate as a member of the Sales/Service team, and is responsible for promoting, selling, managing and servicing Honey Bee’s current product lines in their assigned territory. The Territory Manager is to maintain a professional, well informed and positive attitude towards dealers and end users. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new dealer opportunities
  • Manage and direct farm implement dealers/dealer development in eastern Saskatchewan and Manitoba
  • Ensure that dealers are informed of current products and promotions
  • Participate in dealer / customer sales and technical schools
  • Communicate information from dealers to the appropriate personnel and management groups
  • Maintain high level of product and technical knowledge
  • Collecting all receivables on accounts in assigned territory
  • Manage service related issues

Skills Required:

  • Well-honed interpersonal skills
  • Sales background would be an asset
  • Agrarian background preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Mechanical aptitude
