Benefits of Exhibiting at the AMC Expo in Guelph

Rates and Booth Registration

Each 10' x 10' Trade Show Booth includes: AMC MEMBERS - $650 + GST
NON MEMBERS - $1000 + GST

Cancellation Policy
Before April 1, 2019 - A refund of 50% will be issued to exhibitors wishing to cancel their registration
After April 1, 2019 - No refund will be issued for exhibitor registrations cancelled after this date.

Exhibitor Setup and Takedown

SET UP & TEAR DOWN SCHEDULE:
Set up:                        Tuesday, April 23 starting at 7:00 pm to Wednesday, April 24, 8:00 am
Take Down:                  Wednesday, April 24 starting 3:15 pm to 5:00 pm
 
SHIPPING ITEMS TO THE DELTA HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTRE:
Due to limited storage space at the hotel, items may be shipped to the Delta Hotel to be received no earlier than Tuesday April 23th. Exhibitors are responsible for return shipping of all items.

RETURN SHIPPING:
Exhibitors are responsible to arrange return shipping and pick up for all items delivered to the expo. 

POWER:
Power is provided free of charge to exhibitors, with outlets available throughout the space. 
Exhibitors are required to provide their own extension cords if needed.
