Throughout the year, AMC hosts numerous events which provide a forum for all AMC members to converge on one city in the Canadian prairies to do business, consult on pressing industry issues, attend business seminars and workshops, participate in a trade show, industry tours and meet each other as friends and co-workers of the same industry.

The centerpiece of AMC's annual activities is its convention that occurs in June. This forum may be the single most important event that allows manufacturers and suppliers to interact and discuss business. The AMC annual golf tournament was designed to offer a forum for Associate and Regular Members to network and develop personal and business relationships. The event runs every year on the Monday before the Western Canada Farm Progress Show. Held at the Aspen Links Country Club in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, the tournament is host to approximately 145 golfers.
